Food & Wine pairing discussion, Thursday, February 26th from 6-7pm , Uncorked Truckee. Hosted by owner, Chris Barkman. 
A varietal breakdown of specific groups of wines that pair with dishes from the ocean and land. $18 per flight, includes 3, 2oz. pours + $20 for food. 

 

Charcuterie + Cheese Board making class, Thursday, March 19th from 6-7pm, Uncorked Truckee . 
Hosted by life long Chef Rebecca Ellis. $22 per person, includes ingredients and teaching.
